Here is me- 37 weeks with my big baby belly! 18 days till the 'official due date.'Notice how shirts have begun to retreat?! Baby continues to drop, preparing for the big day. Stomach is as tight as a fully blown balloon.
In fact, at 4 am this morning, I had a contraction. I thought for sure this was it! Labour was here. A strong, painful cramping that lasted about a minute and went away. My doctor says it could begin to happen more often as a sign of labour coming on (yay!) or it could happen once a day until baby comes... whenever that could be....
Its amazing to look at a belly like this, and realize the miracle of it all. How is this humanly possible? How do I even stay balanced?
P.S. Don't I look exhausted? This cold has really taken a toll on me.
