Book Bound

So, Dale-e-o is in Montreal. Yes, your probably wondering, "how on earth could he leave his 35 week prego wife whose cervix has already softened and moved forward?" Well when work calls...
Seriously- tough job - he has to go to a bike tradeshow/convention to 'demo bikes' and talk to reps for 5 days. Someones got to do it eh? Geez... He is on strict orders to have his cell phone on him and anser it at ALL times, incase a quick trip back is neccessary! Could you imagine?

So, home alone I am. although far apart, Dale and I both have ourselves immersed in books.
Myself- tackling the job of completeing my baby scrapbook. A big job, but since I have the whole house to myself, I can haul out all my crafty stuff without the 'look. ' Its amazing how long it takes to complete just one page, and you hope that the child will appreciate it one day.
Dale, on the other hand, is emersing himself, by his own will, in his prenatal homework. He is taking his labour coach /father-to-be job quite seriously, thank goodness, and brought his Baby's Best Chance Book to read on the plane. Too cute.

So this weekend, although lonely, has been quite productive. I have managed to complete the baby/pregnancy scrapbook up to current, order in yummy veggie pizza, rent disney movies, wear my p.j.s nearly all day, buy a deep n' delicouos cake to munch on and even have the whole bed to myself ( not counting Ginger).

All things I never would have gotten to do if the spouse was around. So, although Dale may be galavanting the country, I am busy being a girl. And probably having just as much fun.
