TOTALLY Tardy Tidbits

I am super behind on my posting. Too many excuses to list, but mostly busy. We are always here or there, and when home, the last thing I want to do is sift through the thousands of pictures I have been taking lately while I practice with my new camera. BUT... here are some that show what we have been up to lately. Enough to get you faithful readers by until we are back from camping.

life has been crazy lately, and i have a huge list for my tidbits. but instead today, here are some pics. we splurged on a new Nikon d60 \SLR camera. I'm addicted.

TIDBITS

• annie banannie is sick again. will this ever end? actually don't answer... i think i already know the answer.
• our new financial investment... a snot factory. we have tons of supply and the cutest model.
  
• i got my period this morning. i almost cried for joy. i have had several crazy dreams where we got pregnant again right away. i am scared of even the thought right now. cramps vs contractions....hmmm... not too tough of a choice for me right now.
• got my hair done. LOVING it. it has got to be the first cut & colour that i have been super stoked about in a long time;my friend jaime did it for me. back to blonde with a graduated bob. cute and feeling sexy again.
  
• I could rant and rave about the bachelorette for hours. But i think all that needs to be said is Wes is an idiot stick. He has just sabotaged any career he thought he was furthering. gigantic prick.
• we took our camper up to Silver Star Saturday night. We had some fun times with friends that night, and Sunday Dale and I took turns riding. Super fun.
• The house stuff is looking good- thanks for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
• I saw a cat get hit by a truck yesterday. Super sad. I went o the house the cat lives at to tell the owner. Later she dropped off some flowers and a thank you card. She was very grateful, but I was just doing what I thought anyone should do. My good deed i guess:)
• i picked up car seats and play pens for the grandmas today. a sign of back to work and annie's future schedule. eeek.
• my best friend freya just purchased a house on my street! we were married hte same summer and our kids are only a few weeks apart...now we live on the same street.... awesome yet geeky we know.
• i saw a pack of young 'people' today. i honestly and with the utmost seriousness don't know wether the 3 of them were girls or boys. i probably almost got in an accident as i stared and analysed.
• annie is also teething again and keeping us up at night. if its not one thing its another. we are glad there is just not 'another' baby.lol

Tidbits ( of utter-most-lateness)

• my mountain biking first session ended... complete with wicked shirts with a custom designed logo. lovin it. next session has already started up!
• i had a few tumbles on my bike the other day. i am convinced that my seat wants to continue to try to have inappropriate relations with me. perhaps he doesn't know i consider him only a recreational friend.
• i rolled my ankle as i fell on the uphill?! crazy i know. perhaps the hills are just that intense?!
• dale and i were both away for the weekend. apart and without child for two nights. the guys, by that i mean about 30 of them, headed up to dale's family cabin with trailors, quads and boose. The girls headed to Dee Lake cabins/houses with boose, games and food. super good times, definate detox and aloe gel needed.
• annie has started to wave. it has got to be the cutest thing ever. if you wave at her and say hi or bye, she will most likely wave back.
• i planted more wildflowers, as the ones i planted last year have come back really pretty. im excited.
• i finished off the tub of chocolate ice cream as lunch today. what is wrong with me!?
• I am going to a biking camp this weekend and then heading camping for one night, then to Silver Star to ride their crazy trails for a day. full armour required for sure.
• i am SO ready for a new camera. i have said it so manyt imes and been SO clsoe to getting one but haven't been able to justify the cost. no i am at the point where i just need to but it. put it on the visa and suck it up. i am back to work in the fall and can then justify it. but the sale is on now.....
• we have our eyes on a new house. we have quickly been outgrowing this one and dont want anything too much bigger. but our neighbours approached us with their plans of moving. we are hoping to buy their house and keep ours as a rental. we have made an appointment with the bank on tuesday. I LOVE this possible new house, it is 9o% perfect as it is. I really really hope someone is looking over us and lets it all work out. PLEASE send us good vibes. actually send the banker the good, friendly, giving, generous vibes.
