May Long Overdue
Dale, Annie and I joined The Bransfield family for our annual May Long Weekend camping trip up to the Kettle River. It was such a much needed getaway from the hustle & bustle of life right now. There is just something about camping... the inability to clean your house, do errands or mark assignments. Instead, you are forced to spend quality time with your family and friends. Twist my rubber arm.
Annie was absolutely hilarious, as usual. So well behaved, and so very intrigued with everything! I love to watch her discover new things. She has such an inquisitive spirit, yet such a gentle, caring soul.
We kept her busy, jam packing tons fun activities into 3 days.
We did some biking: down the KVR with Annie in the trailer as well as Annie trying out her run bike, played on the playground ( big girl slide!), learned how to throw rocks into the river ( Annie is obssessed with rocks), went on nature walks, watched the chipmunks run around, ate lots of yummy new things ( freezies!), played with one of many boyfriends (Cooper), and found lots of fun new things to play with.

Cute pics Heather! Good for you guys going out camping. Annie looks like she's growing up so quickly!! You look great too!
Looks like tons of fun!

That looks so fun! I totally want us to get out camping, though I think it might be a while before we get there. Unless... we camp in our new back yard? There's a plan!
